 I’m a social housing expert and Non-Executive Director with over 20 years of experience across local authorities, ALMOs, and large housing associations. My work focuses on helping organisations meet regulatory standards and deliver better outcomes for residents and staff.

Why I Do This Work

On 15 June 2017, I stood outside Grenfell Tower. It was the morning after the fire that took at least 72 lives. I had worked in housing for years, but that moment changed everything. I realised that poor housing is not just about service failure. It can be a matter of life and death.

What was once a job that paid the bills became a personal mission. I believe that safe, decent housing is a basic human right. I work with those who share that belief and want to get it right.

Beyond the Day Job

Alongside my housing work, I’ve run a baking business, worked as a freelance music photographer, and trained as a yoga and yoga trapeze instructor. 

Creativity, movement and reflection are how I stay grounded.
