The Day Job - I am a social housing expert and non-executive Director, with over 20 years' experience working for local authorities, ALMO's and large housing associations. 

Good quality housing is a basic human right. It's accepted that our homes have a significant impact on our health and happiness and on what we can achieve in our lives. But on the 15th of June 2017 when I visited the Grenfell Tower, (the morning after the tragic fire where at least 72 people lost their lives), I understood that it can also be the difference between life and death. It used to be a job that paid the bills - but after the tragedy at Grenfell, it became a calling. 

We can and we must do better.

My expertise is in supporting organisations to successfully meet the new regulatory standards to deliver better outcomes for their residents and staff.

Beyond the day job - I ran a baking business for 10 years, worked as a freelance photographer in the music industry and am a qualified yoga & yoga trapeze instructor. 

All of the above feed in to who I am and what I bring not just to the corporate space but also the world.
